Each lender or lending partner sets its own loan terms, interest rates, and fees, all of which are disclosed to you before you decide whether to accept an offer.

FastFunds24 is not a lender, does not issue loans, and does not make credit or approval decisions.

If you accepted a loan, their contact details were provided to you at that time. Since FastFunds24 is not the lender, we cannot access or manage loan accounts.

What is a short-term loan?

A short-term loan is intended to help cover temporary financial needs. These loans may be referred to by different names, but they are generally designed to provide short-term financial relief rather than long-term financing.

Who may qualify for a personal loan?

While requirements vary by lender or lending partner, most typically require that you:
• Have been employed at your current job for about 90 days or have another reliable source of recurring income
• Be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Earn approximately $1,000 per month after taxes
• Have a valid email address, as well as a working home and work phone number

How much money can I borrow?

Loan amounts depend on several factors, including your state of residence and applicable state laws (loans are not available in all states). Many lenders or lending partners in the FastFunds24 network offer loans ranging from $100 to $5,000

How will I receive my loan funds?

After a lender or lending partner approves your request and you agree to the loan terms, funds are typically deposited directly into your bank account – often as soon as the next business day.

Can I get a loan with bad credit or a past bankruptcy?

Each lender or lending partner has its own underwriting standards. While personal loans often require stronger credit, some borrowers with poor credit may still qualify for a short-term consumer loan. If a personal loan is not available, FastFunds24 may attempt to match you with a short-term lender in its network.

How long does the process take?

Completing the secure FastFunds24 online request form usually takes only a few minutes. Once submitted, we immediately search our network for a lender or lending partner. Responses are often received within minutes, and funding may occur within 24–48 hours after final approval.

Do I need a fax machine or printer??

Some lenders or lending partners may request electronic access to documents such as bank statements or income verification, reducing the need for faxing or emailing paperwork. Others may still require document copies. You should also have access to a printer to keep a copy of your loan agreement.

What does a short-term consumer loan cost?

There is no charge to use the FastFunds24 marketplace service. Loan costs vary by lender or lending partner and are disclosed before you accept an offer. Short-term loans are not intended as long-term financial solutions but may be less costly than overdraft fees, late charges, or utility reconnection fees. Only accept a loan if you believe you can repay it.

Can I apply if I already have an outstanding loan?

Eligibility for multiple loans depends on state regulations and lender policies. If you currently have an outstanding loan, you should inform any new lender or lending partner before accepting another offer.

How and when do I repay my loan?

Most lenders use secure ACH payments to automatically withdraw your payment from your bank account on the due date. This method helps reduce the risk of missed payments. If you need more time, contact your lender or lending partner before the payment due date.

What happens if I’m late with a payment?

Late payment policies and fees vary by lender or lending partner and may be subject to state regulations. Review your loan agreement or contact your lender directly for specific details.

How is my personal information protected?

You may submit a new loan request through FastFunds24 at any time, subject to state law restrictions. If you have an outstanding loan, notify the lender or lending partner before accepting a new one.
